Adrian Henry Warren (0101) was born at Naini Tal, UP, India on 12 July 1921. I was educated at Marlborough College and Kings College Cambridge, where I took a BA in Mechanical Sciences in 1941, and later an MA. I was commissioned into the Royal Engineers in February 1942, and retired in May 1973 as a Colonel. I then became a Planning Inspector in the Department of the Environment until July 1991. On 20 March 1948 I married your mother Lorna Mary Glynn daughter of Major Ronald Philipps Glynn Begbie.
