IN the will of the late STEPHEN GRAHAM SANDES, late
of Bilgola Beach, deceased retired medical practitioner—
Probate granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales,
25th September, 1974.—Pursuant to the Wills, Probate and
Administration Act, 1898-1954, Testator's Family Mainten
ance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1954, and Trustee
Act, 1925-1932, Geoffrey George Pattearson and Helen Brenda
Sandes, executors of the will of the said Stephen Graham
Sandes, hereby give notice that creditors and others having any
claim against or lo the estate of the deceased are required
to send particulars of their claims to the said executors, c.o.
Blake & Ring, Solicitors, 87-95 Pitt Street, Sydney, on or before
the 30th day of December, 1974, at the expiration of which
time the said executors will distribute the assets of the said
deceased to the persons entitled, having regard only to the
claims they then have notice.—Dated the 24th day of October,
