DEATH OF TItE PROTESTANT BISHOP OF CASHEL,
WATERFORD, &c.--We regret having to announce
the demise of the light Hon and Right- Rev.
Stephen Creagh Sandes, LL.D., Bishop of the
United Diocese of Cashol, Emly, Waterford and-'
Li.smore, which event took place at an early hour
this morning (Tuesday), at his lordship's residence.

city, a most amiable lady; by whom he has left an
