FASHIONABLE WEDDING. SANDES—BLACK. A wedding that has attracted no little attention for some time past was solemnized on Wednesday afternoon by the Rev. J. Alldis at "Tynron House," when Dr. F. P. Sandes, of Sydney, was united in wedlock to Miss Alice, third daughter of Alder- man John Black, J.P., Mayor of Molong. The wedding was of a private character, only a few intimate acquaintances besides the immediate relatives being present. The company included Mr. and Mrs. John Black (parents of the bride), Mr. W. and Miss A. Black (Cumnock), Miss Sandes (Sydney), Miss Belle Black, Mr. W: Black (Bogan Gate), Mr. and Mrs. Robert Black, Mr. Hector Black, Mrs. Geo. Black (Grenfell), Mr. L. S. and Miss Veech (Welling- ton), Miss Marriott (Orange), Dr. and Mrs. Veech, Misses Haslam, Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Day, Miss Keay, Miss Spencer, Mr. E. G. Wiseman and Mr. Crockett. The bride was married in her travelling dress — a neat and becoming costume of Wedgwood blue voille, trimmed with twine colored insertion and satin ribbon', and hat to match. She also wore a flexible cable, bangle and diamond ring, gifts of the bridegroom.
