He was interred in the Sandes of Greenville vault at the Aghavallen church. (a rumour exists that he was so hated that his body was taken from the vault and thrown into the Shannon River.)
She died of accidental death on 8 July 1894 by falling whilst staying at a friend's house at 26 Barrington Street, Limerick. Her body was found on the grounds below her bedroom window.
At the time of the census she was living at House No. 10, Listowel Rural, County Kerry under the name of Eagar with her 14 year old daughter Olive MGE Eagar. (daughter's name possibly wrong, see Irish Census 1911 below)
